When Phantasialand reopened following the second COVID-19 lockdown, the family and I rushed to get there on the first weekend for a look at their newest theme area: Rookburgh. It took the park about four years to finish it and it was well worth the wait.

It took me a long time to get to it and make pickled eggs and then, a few weeks later, some elderflower syrup. That’s when I learned that I didn’t need time to make them, I needed time to find out making them takes no time at all. Does that make sense?

By reaching out to Performa via Facebook on a regular basis, I helped them decide to create a shaker bottle with the iconic double-D Daredevil logo. It actually came out last year, but thanks to the pandemic, I only got it recently. Here is our story.
