Dirty 30: workout you will love to hate
My workouts through the years have generally consisted of the exercises I like and the ones I do not. That is not the case with Darebee’s Dirty 30 workout.
This workout is another tough one that works a number of major muscle groups. It leaves you sweating; feeling like you did something and you see the results pretty quickly.
Darebee says the Dirty 30 workout is not suitable for beginners and I wholeheartedly agree. I would not recommend jumping too deep into this one if you are a relative newbie at exercising. However, if you do just want to dabble, I guess you could try one or two sets, just to see how you like it.
Spoiler alert: It’s really hard…
Most workouts I have picked up or put together myself over the years had some exercises that I liked because they were kid of easy (but still beneficial) or because they are just fun to do (I love pushups, for instance). Then there are the ones I know are beneficial, but they are just tough (burpees come to mind - I do them, but I’m not a fan).
This workout only has the latter kind for me. There is not a single exercise I would say I like. BUT it’s intense and it works. So, despite my personal feelings, objectively speaking, I have to recommend it.
